Civil engineer during the day. Self-taught music producer during the night. Currently, living and working in Suriname and Netherlands. Occasionally, I DJ and host parties with my event company/label SuUnderGrnd, which hosts parties and raves in the amazon jungle.
But most of my time is spend on making music.
I've been making electronic music for more than 15+ years as a hobby on and off. I’ve produced house music, melodic techno, tech house, beats for rappers, but also background cinematic music for TV-commercials, companies, influencers and infomercials.

I love making music. Since the day I started, I've never really ever stopped doing it, even while going through my studies, and now while having a full-time job.

FAWAKA
Fawaka started because I love house music, but here in Suriname, the scene is pretty niche—it's small, and not everyone gets into it. I wanted to change that: create tracks that pull in everybody by mixing deep house grooves with our own Surinamese soul. Think afro house rhythms, latin house vibes, something primal and raw, all woven with those Surinamese vocals that hit different. It's about making house feel like home."
